Terrible Customer Service and App Functionality

Many events require you to have a registered number which they will send you a text to confirm it is you. My Taiwan number must be tied to some old account and won’t allow to send a text. Emailed and called customer service and no one ever answers. This been months. Tried to us a US number and they won’t send a text to an international number. Not sure if there is an actual customer service rep that helps. You call during business hours and it’s just a voice mail saying that they are closed and you should call during business hours 😑

Worst app ever

I tried to pick up my e-tickets through this app. It keeps telling me to confirm my email. But I can’t do it at all. I tried to resend the confirmation letters again ,again and again all afternoon. I got two finally but it still didn’t work because they are not the latest confirmation letters. I still can’t reclaim my tickets upon the performance day.
