Everyone should be aware that different software versions may have different trial period plans. Initially, I subscribed to the trial version of the “MuseScore Pro+ & Lite” plan (referred to as Plan A) using the desktop web version. At the same time, I downloaded the same software on my tablet and canceled the subscription during the trial period using the tablet. A few days later, I received a payment notification and discovered that the tablet had separately subscribed to another plan, “MuseScore Learn Annual with Trial” (referred to as Plan B).When I canceled the subscription, I thought I had canceled both plans. I initially wrote to ask if it was possible to receive a full refund (because the cancellation email did not specify that it was Plan B being canceled). However, Plan A was still charged automatically. Instead of addressing this issue, the response I received from customer support stated that my email would be ignored and disregarded. Eventually, they offered to resolve the issue by refunding 35% of the total amount and allowing me to retain the subscription rights to Plan A.I believe the company should have clearly explained from the start that Plans A and B were separate and reminded users that they had subscribed to two plans, rather than only allowing the cancellation of one plan at a time. Furthermore, the cancellation confirmation email did not provide detailed information about which plan was being canceled.The response from customer support was not only unhelpful but also failed to explain why the cancellation email lacked clarity. This kind of handling makes me doubt the service quality, and I believe that if there are any issues with the software in the future, they will likely be handled just as dismissively.
can not change single text color! as old version can do.

old version allows user to change color of every single text or note, which is fantastic and can help to expand use in many ways but just disappears after newer revision. It’s not improving at all!! plz add back, preferably in easy settings, say Property side window.
“Practice” button restored

Thank you for you finally succeeding! Today, I accidentally opened MuseScore and discovered that the ‘Plastics’ function buttons have been appeared. The buttons of the metronome are finally restored, and the playback sounds great. Thanks to your developers for their hard work.Note: I responded to this problem on 5/17.
