As part of our goal to help more pilots succeed, we offer the LogTen service completely free until you have logged more than 50 hours of total time! And with or without a subscription, you always get updates, and you always get full access to your data, where you can view, edit, generate reports, export, and print.
Pricing may vary by location (see pricing under Top in App Purchases, or right in the App in the Store section of Settings). Your subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renew is disabled beforehand. Few weeks ago when LogTen introduced the “lightning fast” syncing, I still had not feel any change at all. I thought any input should have occurred between devices like iOS note worked. Still disappointed, considering the subscription fee, the price is not justified.

In 99% of cases, this is due to at least one device still running an older version of LogTen, so the first step is to check and make sure all your devices have the most current version of LogTen installed. I paid 70USD for logten pro for ipad version and another 70USD for mac os version 3 years ago. You know what? now i can't use the them , all the entered data field became chaos . They want me to down load the "X" version and subscribe the "log" service around 70USD per year. I don't think this is a reliable company, they just want exploit the pilot. not recommended !!

Since it's first version back in 2003, LogTen Pro has been sold like traditional software, you pay for each major version (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) and small updates in between are free. Apps for Mac and iOS were sold separately.LogTen Pro X is a new major version, and as such is a paid upgrade. In addition, with LogTen Pro X we moved to a new model so that users no longer have to wait years for new features, and can always have the latest version supported on the latest operating systems for life! Note that LogTen Pro X is the first version to ever include updates for life. In fact, even without a subscription you get all the updates so you will always have access to your logbook, you only need a subscription to log new flights.You can of course continue using your current version of LogTen Pro as long as you like, we offer unlimited customer service for all past versions of LogTen Pro, however there will be no further updates to version 6.
