Couldn’t connect for 3 days

To whom it may concern: I’ve been trying to connect within China for three days, and was unable to get connected. For the past 6 month the app works perfectly. Please tell me what is going on. My versus the latest, IOS is also the latest.

Unstable connection in China

In the beginning, it was quick and stable when I use expressvpn. However, it is hard to get connected since June ,both my phone and my computer. I have contacted with customer service for several times, they told me it is due to the political issue. I understand but I really need to use vpn and browse the internet that’s why I pay for expressvpn. Recently, it shows that it’s connected, but it didn’t function at all. I really like this application because it really stable and fast initially. Hope you can fix the problem as soon as possible. Thank you!

Unstable connection in China

In the beginning, it was quick and stable when I use expressvpn. However, it is hard to get connected since June ,both my phone and my computer.
