The platform is very user friendly. It has time blocks which make scheduling shifts simple and easy. Easy to download and see for the employees. Staff love it because it’s easy for them to swap shifts. Sometimes slow and no yearly payment for the premium, which I would have preferred. I’ll stay through the updates though.
