App is quite user friendly although a little bit slow. The one star deduction is because u tagged Taiwan as part of China, which is not true.

Please note that Taiwan is not part of China. Also, when I tried to check in with the app for my flight to Germany, it asks me for my Visa number. Last I checked, Taiwanese passports merit visitors visa upon landing in the EU. Now that you put Taiwan as part of China, the app thinks that there's a Chinese entering the EU and asks for the Visa number. Pfff! One star deduction for not knowing world geography, two star deduction for the stupid bug. Please fix it and I'll put it back on five stars.

Taiwan is Taiwan, not apart of China. Please change the country name, also provide us tradition Chinese. The passenger info can check not provide emergency contact, but if that so will show passenger info lost to affect online check in. What’s the problem with the function? I don’t get it.

App is good, but the airline should be strong enough to recognize that Taiwan is not China. It’s two different countries.
