I was impressed to your cooker and got 2 for family from very beginning, and definitely will buy new one soon if you have new cooker with interesting new design or functions.But now with your plan to stop supporting App. Remote control functions to existing cookers, I definitely will not buy your cookers anymore, but will try other similar product from market, your competitors.How come you plan to stop app support to existing cooker?! Just because you want to sell new cooker 3.0 ?!How can you face to the customers who support your cookers to grow up from very beginning ?!I was very impressed to your company and cookers, also got 2 for me and family from very beginning, and definitely will buy new one soon if there is new interesting design or function.But with this kind of poor support plan to your existing customers, I definitely will not buy new one just because you plan to stop support app remote control function in existing cookers, but looking for similar function products from market for sure.

It has been over an year since you officials replied in forum that this option would be added very soon, but I still didn’t see where it is.And the WiFi connection? It requires me to “sign up” and “log in” to have safer connections? I can’t receive any email regarding the registration, except from your advertising ones. nothing happened. I bought it with extra money, got nothing but a Bluetooth version...

Hope you could have more cooking instructions in detail like Joule’s App, which has more choices for cooking with video.Besides, manual timer setting would not automatically sync to App, which means I can’t check my cooking progress remotely. It’s inconvenient!
