The app uses built-in calculation methods to track your fast. This way you don't need to leave the app open and it uses very little battery.

You do not need to be logged in to use it. All features can be used without paying any fee.

You don't need to be connected to the internet, you can view and manage all your progress offline.

You don't have to worry about privacy. Your data is stored and displayed only on your device. Your personal data is not collected. Your information is not shared with third parties.
