Simple timer for interval fast walking. It switches between slow walking mode and fast walking mode every 3 minutes. The Apple Watch vibrates to notify you when it is time to switch modes. Heart rate, total time, and total distance are displayed in real time, so you can monitor your current heart rate and adjust your walking speed to meet your target heart rate. Features: ・Simple timer for interval fast walking. ・Switch between slow walking mode and fast walking mode every 3 minutes. ・When the mode is switched, Apple Watch vibrates to notify you. ・Displays heart rate, total distance, and total time in real time. ・When finished, a summary screen is displayed, showing total time, total distance, total energy, average heart rate, and maximum heart rate. ・The Pause button can be used to pause the program. ・When starting, you can select whether to start in slow walk mode or fast walk mode. ・Slide the screen to the right to control music and podcasts.

Version Update Details: ・Fixed an issue where the mode screen displayed during mode switching would remain and cause the app screen to freeze. ・Removed the display of the mode screen during mode switching. *Important Note regarding installation: If you have experienced installation failure in the past (e.g., after deleting and reinstalling the app), please search for the app directly in the App Store on your Apple Watch and install it from there.
