It is a helpful app for language learners. Just download and use it. You will love it anyway.

I didn’t purchase the yearly programme

I downloaded this app in 2013and didn’t use it for long till today 23rd Nov. 2019. I open and check the dictionary but there’s piping up window to subscribe for 1year program, I ignored it and closed the app. Then two hour later I was notified by my credit card alert that I was charged online. So I went into check the App Store, iTranslate is automatically subscribed “one year program” NT1190 being charged and there was no cancelation option at all!!???

How can you set up this scheme with Apple store and that I didn’t even setup any auto purchase function!??

Greetings, It is not possible to start a trial or subscription without actively doing so. Terms and prices would have been presented and you would have had to have confirmed. If you are charged without a trial, generally this would be because a trial had previously activated using your Apple id. An apple id can only have one trial. If this is the case Apple would have clarified this in the confirmation window. Subscriptions are made with Apple directly. If in the Apple Subscription Page, you did not find the cancellation button at the bottom, it would generally mean that it has been cancelled already. However, you would need to contact Apple for confirmation and further assistance because only Apple has access to that. How can I cancel the registration that I made yesterday which was caused by operation error?

I entered into my check iPhone app and cancelled the registration of your app yesterday. However, I made the cancellation line by line, and didn’t know why my credit card informed me about the payment. Please let me know you will handle the refund. Thank you very much!

Greetings, You can cancel by opening the Settings app. > Tap on your name > Tap subscriptions > Tap the subscription you want to manage > Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew. A refund request would need to be submitted directly to Apple.
