Don’t use this to book your flight. I’ve never heard of transit visas before. I had an emergency and had to book a ticket to go back home. They chose a route that required me to have a transit visa.I booked a ticket a day before my flight. They send me an email on the day I’m flying saying that i might bred a visa for a transit. There was no warning on the website about the transit visa. I even sent them a screenshot showing that there’s nothing on it before you purchase the ticket. There’s no warning sign at all! It was just a transit and I wasn’t gonna enter the country. I don’t even know why I needed a visa. Anyway they wouldn’t reschedule my flight or even give me a partial refund. I waisted my money on this and didn’t get anything back. I’m never booking anything on Kiwi anymore. Google the reviews online guys. They have a terrible customer service and they’re not helpful at all.

I booked my flight to Singapore from Taipei yesterday. first they charged my money and they said book was confirmed. So I booked a hotel in Singapore and plan everything. Now they said again that my booking was cancelled after 24 hours later. They are big scam. I will be no longer use of this App no more. Scam App

I have booking and charge me via credit card but few minutes later it says not workable because of technical issue. And they only refund to Kiwi credit, not
to my original credit card. As well as, it is always more expensive when I use kiwi credit to pay new my booking. STOP this app, this is a cheating company!

I think that in case you paid by credit card and we didn't book your trip, you should have 2 refund options. Please contact them to verify.
