I don’t know why I kept getting a driver 8min or more far away my location while it was shown 4-7mins waiting time for pickup. In addition, the estimated arrival times are ridiculous and close to fraud that I often arrived later than expected. To make it worse, it sometimes adds another rider when my estimated arrival time exceeds original expectations before I send the request for the ride. This is intolerable and please ask your engineers to fix this.

I was at the airport today and trying to find a ride. Since the rate was cheaper I thought of giving Lyft a try this time, and it was a horrible experience and even cost me more afterwards. First, I waited 10 min to find a driver and he canceled the trip himself after couldn’t find his wait after another 10 min of wait. I then found another driver but she charged me another $80 afterwards claiming that my luggage damaged her car. My luggage was light, cheap plastic and I remember I lifted it up first to take it off the trunk (also the driver didn’t offer to help). There was a very small possibility that I was the one causing the damage. But with Lyft, they would immediately charge you if the driver said so. No negotiation. Whether I get the refund or not I’m going to delete my account forever. I shouldn’t ever give Lyft a chance. Bye

Whenever you need a ride, this app is awesome. It will give you a ride instantly. But some drivers would ignore, abort the order, persuade customers to cancel a ride at the risk of losing money (base service fee would occurs) for customers which is not so good.
