Repairs
Rather than relying on phone calls to organise contractors and suppliers, MaintainPad’s image-based report-a-repair system enables a swift response to any issue. The app creates efficient work request queues and updates all those involved in the repair process. Furthermore, MaintainPad provides automatic notifications regarding compliancy tests. It stores safety certificates for easy access and records repair histories, allowing you to identify any faulty devices.
Assets and Keys
Using QR codes, MaintainPad allows you to catalogue all your assets and keys and quickly identify them. This allows you to easily scan them in-and-out, collect electronic signatures, see who currently is using them, and to notify borrowers when they are due to be returned.
Stock
Similar to assets and keys, MaintainPad monitors stock levels. Deliveries can be signed for electronically, records keep track of where items end up, and orders can be sent automatically when supplies are running low.
Checklists
Whether you want to communicate effectively with your staff, ensure quality of work or comply with thorough safety regulations, MaintainPad eradicates the needs for paper-based forms in your workplace. You can create your own customisable smart checklists that can include answers in the forms of numbers, dates, comments or pictures. Certain answers can trigger automatic responses like further questioning, report generation and work order creation. All of this can be tailored to your specific needs and saves you having to chase up on individual work orders.
