This Mind Stories app is to help you learn, share and talk about ways to live a happy and balanced life, including meditation and mindfulness from highly experienced Theravada Buddhist monks. Their knowledge, advice, and guided meditation track will help you physically and mentally enrich your spiritual health.

The app features contents from Mind Stories as well as 13 meditation guides available from seven teaching monks guiding meditation in 6 languages.
