更新app但依然無法自動備份照片

iPhone無法自動備份照片。未來如果可以直接瀏覽word、Excel 、PPT等之類文件會更好。

初次自動備份時，由於檔案數量較多，可能需要較長時間。建議您在APP上向下滑動螢幕，查看正在排隊上傳的檔案數量。您也可以暫時關閉AI識別功能以加快上傳速度。請保持APP在前台運行並解鎖螢幕，以確保正常上傳。我們會持續優化背景上傳功能，對於不便之處，敬請見諒。如有任何問題或需要幫助，請隨時聯繫我們 at support@myhpcloud.com 謝謝。
