"Omani Rial" has been designed by the Central Bank of Oman to introduce the 6th series of Omani Rial banknotes. The "Omani Rial" app allows users to discover the design and the security features of the 6th series banknotes brought into circulation in 2021. It explains interactively how the security feature react when a banknote is tilted, held against the light, or if a magnifier glass is used. Main app features: • Explore Banknotes: Learn about banknote security features and design, observe the banknote under UV light • Video about the security features • Augmented Reality Quiz • Contact to Central Bank of Oman and Social Media • Available in: Arabic and English INFORMATION: This application does not verify the authenticity of the banknote, it only helps to identify and check security features.
