Great app to help you reduce your screen time and stop bad online habits. It keeps you focused on things that matter.

Enable exhale

I think not everyone is familiar with breathing, some don’t even know the words inhale and exhale. So it would be helpful to add those words and with a small gif that inhales and exhales maybe..rather than just the screen going different colors..I just think that it’s better to give more instructions to people to learn how to breathe. (I’m a yoga teacher so I know how hard it is for most!)
