It's been four months since you finished that squad. You're back at the bench, working on reinforcements, and you can't remember the cloak recipe. Was the purple the base or the highlight? Which wash? Which drybrush?
Paintledger is the workshop ledger you keep for your minis. A recipe per unit. A photo per stage. An archive you can come back to in six months and still know exactly how you painted it.
WHAT IT DOES
• Log every stage. Primer, basecoat, wash, highlight, varnish, base. Tag the paints, add a photo, keep the notes. Your recipe rebuilds itself from the log.
• Organize by army. One project per force, every unit inside it, WIP and finished side by side on one shelf.
• Pulls from the paint catalogs you already use. Thousands of paints across the major hobby ranges. Search by name, by color, or by the closest match. Cross-brand equivalents when your paint runs out or you want to sub in something else.
• Inventory that keeps itself. Every paint you log lands on your shelf. Mark it full, low, or empty. Know what to buy before your next hobby night.
• Recipe cards you can share. Export a recipe to an image or a PDF. Send it to the painter down the street. Print it and stick it next to the rack.
• Your data stays with you. Everything lives on your device. No account. No sync. No cloud. Backup to a file and import it back. Works offline forever.
PAY ONCE
The free version tracks three units per project and ten custom paints. One in-app purchase unlocks the full workshop. No subscription. No ads. No AI slop. No dark patterns.
Just a record book for your painting.
