Needs Improvement for Fair and Reliable Service

I had several unpleasant experiences using this platform in Nepal.One driver refused to give change after I paid, even though I paid the full amount in cash. Another time, the driver did not start the trip in the app, even after I reminded him politely multiple times during the ride. This made the fare and trip tracking unclear and uncomfortable.I hope the platform can improve driver training and ensure fair and transparent service for both locals and visitors.
