"Family member Planny+ lifetime" is a scam content

I bought the Family member Planny+ lifetime but when I want to help my family members to access full features through click restore purchase button. It just dismissed the purchase page and did not unlock all features.
I tried to connect to the developer for help through support button and waited for almost 2 weeks but he did not reply. Therefore I left this comment.
