Since the app said there is a 7-day free trial, I subscribed. When I subscribed the app, I was charged immediately. After 10 minutes, I didn’t think it useful, and I unsubscribed the app. Guess what, I need to write an email to the service center and after waiting for 1 day, they said I need to contact the Apple Store to get the refund because my subscription was renewed. Not sure what I renewed, I only subscribed the app. once. Anyway Apple service center asked me to describe my experience here in case someone else being cheated by the liars. I feel really bad! 因為註冊前是說有七天的試用期，但是，當我註冊這個軟體時，卻被馬上收取了費用。試用了10分鐘之內我就想要取消註冊，無奈無法取消，只能夠寫信給客服，等候一天以後，卻被告知必須要聯絡Apple的store，並說我的註冊因為更新了無法取消。我聯絡了Apple的客服，他要求我在這邊訴說我的經驗，以免其他人有相同的遭遇，連Apple的客服都說這種感覺很不好，面對這些騙子，真的感覺很不好.

The user experience of unsubscribing was incredibly bad. I’ve unsubscribed and deleted the app. And my settings shows: choose a plan to subscribe again. So i thought it’s all set and done, i’ll just go and live my life. But no, i was charged for the subscription. And i download the app back trying to unsubscribe it, but it asks me to subscribe to login! I dont know what went wrong but thanks a lot. Anyhow, the customer services ladies are real nice. They fixed my problem right away. Please raise their salary and improve your user flow. Have a good day.
