The REDCap Cloud Mobile EDC App streamlines the data capture process, empowering clinical research coordinators, labs, and sites to collect research data offline on their mobile devices. This is useful in situations when there is no Internet connection available. Data can be captured and then automatically synced when Internet connectivity is available. In order to use the REDCap Cloud Mobile EDC app, you need to be a participant in a REDCap Cloud project with a user account before being able to access the project in the app. Features & Benefits Include: Offline research data capture Barcode scanning for quick data entry, lab codes, and device codes Secure source data capture directly from participants by restricting app access during data entry Collection of various data types, such as text, barcodes, photos, videos, signatures, and audio Support for multiple languages Deployment in single or multi-user mode The application uses Apple's ResearchKit library to conduct clinical trials.
