The green motion is notoriously being complained by customers. You should exclude bad car rental companies from your app.

Very bad experience.
At the moment of booking they claims that it’s free to amend the details of the booking and at the moment when we realized that we’ve miss-typed the place of drop_off , practically 5 minutes after the order has been made, we realized that it was the beginning of the nightmare: no one answer the phone call after a twenty-minutes- calling; no one answering to the instant messages; an email after two days telling us that the only way to amend it was to pay more. We are talking about the order of 6 months later!
A lot of effort on communication but no concrete solution. I cancelled the order 2 weeks later abandoning the deposit in order to have a healthier life.

Be careful!
I book the car from “Dollar” by this app, but after the trip, it finally charged me more than a receipt I got from dollar.
And the customer service told me he would figure out the problem and update me in 2 weeks after I have responded my issue.
However, it has been nearly a month, I still waiting the email or reply, no one update me, my money haven’t came back.
So just do not use this app to book, you will be charge more, and no one will help you.
