The principle of employee self-service and the built-in WorkFlow mechanism make the system flexible and automated. Employees can manage their own administrative applications independently from both a computer and a smartphone. SELF's cloud system enables companies to become full-fledged HR administration users without initial investment, with minimal subscription fees. The monthly payment, subscription principle, makes the system even more accessible for medium and small businesses.
