SimuFlow: Intelligent Resource & Attendance Management
SimuFlow is a high-performance solution for organizations and simulation centers, designed to automate equipment tracking and attendance monitoring using advanced NFC technology.
SimuFlow is built for an exclusive partner ecosystem. To ensure secure integration, organizations must obtain a unique Admin Access Code from our support team to initialize their system. Once authenticated, administrators can seamlessly manage multi-tier profiles for teachers, students, residents, and guests.
The app operates as an independent monitoring layer using NFC technology. The system functions without interfacing with the internal software of the simulators, ensuring universal compatibility without the need for direct hardware or software synchronization.
Precision Asset Tracking: Leverage NFC tags to log usage in a single tap. Monitor simulators, medical manikins, or specialized tools with real-time session recording.
Advanced Attendance Logs: Use NFC checkpoints to automate workplace entry and exit tracking. Perfect for monitoring hours, workshop attendance, and facility occupancy.
Role-Based Access Control: A robust system of permissions across five distinct roles (Admin, Teacher, Student, Resident, Guest), each with a dedicated dashboard and optimized workflow.
Real-Time Analytics & Scheduling: Access live statistics on facility utilization, equipment availability, and centralized academic or workshop schedules.
Use Cases: Whether managing a medical simulation center, a high-tech laboratory, or professional workshops, SimuFlow provides the transparency needed to optimize resource allocation and verify person-hours across any asset or location.
