Fixed a critical bug that was introduced with iOS 9 that caused answers to not be saved or to delete a question(s) and/or study guide(s).

User can now go directly to "Study Guide" quiz mode directly from the all questions screen. This will allow a user to quiz themselves, without having to go all the way to the start screen. User can still go to the "Study Guide" quiz mode from the first screen still. This is now visually visible and easier to understand.

Added support for Apple Watch.
