- Tap away your emails: simply tap to archive and delete emails that don't need your attention and focus on what you need.
- Pre-composed replies: each email comes with suggest replies -- simply tap to send or talk to edit.
- Talk through your emails: simply tap to open your assistant and tell it what to do.
- No more typing on the small phone screen -- your agent deals with the detailed write-up, just direct it to do what you want.
- Zero data retention: TabMail does not retain your email or calendar content. When you use AI features, data is temporarily processed but never stored at rest. You can disable AI features at any time with a single toggle.

- Inbox Push Notifications: get alerted the moment important new emails arrive — routine mail lands quietly in Notification Center. Turn it on under Email Accounts in Settings, or from the onboarding prompt on first launch.
- Privacy: no email bodies. We only fetch metadata to drop notifications that aren't about new mail and to pre-fill the notification preview and throw them away — none of your email content is stored at rest. Your device wakes up and fetches the body locally. For Gmail and Outlook, the metadata-only authorization is stored encrypted on our servers; for IMAP accounts, credentials are transient and not stored.
