Task&Log: Plan & Reflect

生產力工具

免費 · App內購買 · 專為 iPad 設計。尚未針對 macOS 驗證。

Task&Log closes the loop between what you planned and what actually happened. PLAN → DO → LOG → REVIEW • PLAN: Create tasks with categories, priorities, alarms, and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly repeat rules. • DO: Check them off as you go. Progress stays clear. • LOG: Swipe right on any completed task to instantly turn it into a journal entry. Title, project, notes — everything carries over automatically. • REVIEW: Insights shows planned vs. completed activity, mood trends, and project progress over time. Every task leaves a trace. Every log can be traced back to its original task (or stand alone as a free-form entry). Nothing slips through the cracks. KEY FEATURES • Tasks with priority, category, alarms, and recurring schedules • One-swipe Task → Log conversion with full data carry-over • Logs with mood, category, project tagging, and free-form notes • Projects with custom colors and icons to group long-running work • Timeline view to see what's coming up by month • Insights — daily calendars, monthly charts, yearly review, project progress • Private iCloud sync via CloudKit • Local notification reminders before tasks start • Two-step soft-delete with restore for tasks and logs • Light and dark mode WHO IT'S FOR • Students who plan study sessions and want to record what they actually learned • Professionals tracking projects from intent to outcome • Anyone running habits, routines, or long-running goals • Journalers who want their reflections grounded in real activity PRIVACY FIRST Task&Log does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data.
