E-TMSC is a human resource management application developed by TMSC Vietnam Co., Ltd. It is a new HR management solution that applies technology to optimize resources, improve management efficiency, and save time with the following key features: Personal profile for each employee: Employees can actively monitor their attendance, track the number of working days, and view their remaining leave days. QR code-based timekeeping: Employees clock in and out using a shared QR code, directly via the camera on their mobile devices, and the data is synced with the E-TMSC application. If they are assigned to a business trip, employees can clock in directly at the location using the QR code without having to return to the main office, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and control for the HR department. Leave requests and other applications: Employees can request leave, late arrivals, or early departures using built-in forms within the E-TMSC app. Approvals from management are also processed entirely on this platform. Employee information management: For managers, E-TMSC simplifies the storage of individual employee information for each department, eliminating the need for traditional paper records. It automates the processing of employee requests and attendance calculation, syncing data with the back-end, ensuring easy management, high security, and accuracy. Internal information portal: E-TMSC serves as a communication hub, quickly notifying all employees of important events, leave schedules, and more, avoiding mistakes commonly made with traditional methods such as written documents or emails. With the E-TMSC app, TMSC Vietnam aims to provide companies, especially large businesses, with a faster, more efficient, and secure HR management solution. For companies outside of TMSC, the application offers customization and adjustments to suit the company's model, culture, and HR management capabilities.
