The app will let you train more efficiently by offering personalized workouts, step-by-step instructions, and precise tracking of your training activities. These features together with detailed workout history and extended exercise statistics will help you better understand your progress and the impact of workouts on your body.
Not enough? The app gives possibilities to create your own workouts and routines using a variety of predefined exercises in order to satisfy your personal calisthenics needs, like strength, endurance, or speed.

Running Session And Results Editing
- On-the-fly workout editing. Users can now change workout tasks during a session. Swipe left over a task to get quick access to related actions.
- Session Results reordering. Drag and drop to reorder results in the session overview.
