hi馬斯克先生，你要改版X，怎麼改我都沒意見，重點要符合人性吧！私訊聊天室的語音鍵怎麼消失不見了！chat的聊天模板也有這項功能吧！現代人沒有那麼喜歡講電話啦，哪來那麼多空閒時間？又不是幹詐騙的！在X的聊天室，總是當機沒辦法發影片和圖片就算了，連私人聊天室的語音訊息都不給發了嗎！請工程師儘快改善好嗎！感謝！

My account used to post my art works was hacked on March 17.I’ve run this account for many years. With my devotion and efforts, I’ve received a lot of likes and fans. I need to say, the whole process is never easy.However, all things changed on March 28.As I was going to find some interesting posts, I found that I was signed out and couldn’t log in my account again. Then I started to check my mailbox to find the confirmation letter, which I received when I first registered this account, to make sure I didn’t use the wrong email to log in, then I found a mail telling me that my email address had been changed on March 17th, but I didn’t do that, and I had no clue who would do that. I clicked the link below in order to change my password, but it seemed that it was already too late. And I further found a mail telling me there was a new log in location in Nantou on March 10th, but I didn’t go there recently( I’ve always in Tainan, it’s a bit distant from the unusual log in location).Therefore, I turned to the help service, but after I submitted my request, I only got an auto reply telling me they are unable to verify me as my account owner, which makes me feel disappointed and furious. They don’t even take my case seriously.I really hope I can get my account back. If staff from X should see this review, please help me with that.

我個人真正開始用推特已經四年多了，有越來越進步的感覺，謝謝你們的維持🙏不過網頁版倒是要再更新一下，瀏覽人數手機版有在更動網頁版一動也不動，我現在要說這次更新完後我的介面全都變成韓文，我就算調成其他語言或是刪掉重載也一樣是韓文and 我存在手機的草稿也全沒了刪掉前就沒了，所以刪了重載依舊改不了語言關機重開也是，手機登出後差點登不回來輸入手機驗證碼跟我說錯誤，等一分鐘後輸入同樣的驗證碼才用能重新登入，請問這是中毒嗎？還是什麼Bug?
