Minor display fixes and improvements

Updated the "self" button in the "Convert or Cross Chain" section to allow selecting from a list of own addresses. Added a wallet setting to disable the camera QR scanner under the send tab by default, with a toggle to re-enable it. Fixed a bug preventing QR code scans with only an address or a Bitcoin-style payment URI. Added a warning when sending VerusIDs cross-chain if the chain isn’t added, with verification for its existence when it is.

This is considered an important update that fixes an incorrect fee calculation causing transaction failures when sending ERC20s on Ethereum. Although it is extremely unlikely that this could result in fee overpayment, we recommend that all Verus Mobile users update to v1.0.6 before continuing to send transactions on Ethereum. This affects sends that stay on the Ethereum network, and does not affect cross-chain sends to or from Verus.
