Voice Engine is a voice-activated transcriber for iOS that allows the user to speak in real-time and see what they're saying instantly transcribe as text. It also includes editing features, which can be activated by simply saying the correct commands. Finally, there's a share icon, so you can send your transcript to yourself via email.
