一些關於號碼主人自行設定的部分
有關於號碼主人自行設定的部分，目前有遇到國泰世華銀行的推銷電話，但來電的時候顯示的方式呈現了一個綠色勾勾，而非推銷電話的提示！很容易讓人誤會！號碼主人設定是否條件能更為嚴苛，或是也讓其他使用者能針對主人已經自行設定的號碼能提供一些回饋意見的欄位，讓其他人也能參考這隻電話的真實性
可否將廣告預設聲音關閉，避免造成使用者不便
您好 貴公司所開發本套軟體是很不錯的產品，可以降低使用者接到很多的廣告或是詐騙電話，不過更新電話資料後跳出的廣告聲音很大有時不小心就會造成使用者在辦公環境下被誤會，可否將廣告預設聲音關閉，避免造成我們的不便，謝謝您的幫忙。
付費兩年了，沒顯示的推銷電話反而越來越多
我知道這種電話防不勝防，但還是希望能想辦法多擋一些，已經每天更新還是有漏網之魚，真的很煩

Dear user 您好，感謝您的反映。
付費版本中的自動更新資料庫功能，主要是協助訂閱用戶進行最新離線資料庫的更新，以每週一次更新的方式來節省用戶每週進入App及操作的時間。
號碼沒有立即顯示則是因為iOS使用的辨識資源為「離線資料庫」的關係。
由於 iOS 本身系統限制，iOS 手機是無法在來電當下透過網路來搜尋我們的資料庫。為解決此問題，我們讓用戶透過每週下載的離線資料庫進行辨識，每次下載的離線資料大約是二十萬筆。然而，這與我們所擁有超過16億筆的號碼資料相比下來，可以辨識的號碼是有限的，因此確實有部分號碼無法即時辨識。
這個問題目前您可以透過「反查功能」來主動搜尋我們的雲端資料庫後，由系統將搜尋紀錄加入您的個人離線資料庫中，擴充您的辨識資料庫。
