我已經跟蘋果申請了 但沒辦法退款 我現在就是不要一年 我希望可以退我剩下的錢 你按月算 我可以理解 重點我連使用都沒有使用過 而且當初試用你們也是直接給人家訂閱一年 你們這是強賣 我還是那一句給你們扣一個月的錢可以 麻煩剩下的還是退我
能否退款呢 當初選免費試用一週 但跳出來試用直接跳一年 結果沒注意到取消之後來不及 也不能讓我退款 直接扣我一年這樣有點強賣 你如果扣我一個月我認了 麻煩

您好，會員方案皆是續訂型購買，訂閱扣款的時間皆是App Store系統自動計算的，您需要在試用期到期前24小時內取消訂閱，否則系統將自動續費，訂閱說明中有標註。
