To test or run applications on an Apple device, all you need is a free Apple ID. To submit your apps to the App Store, you must be a member of the Apple Developer Program. Some features may require internet access and may not be available in all regions or on all Apple devices.

after hitting the run button, and clicking the console on the bottom, it doesn't respond at all. When it finally responds, input that i type did not show in the screen

Crashing over and over when launch Xcode

When I open Xcode, it crashes immediately. Then, when I reopen Xcode, it crashes again. In other words, I can't open Xcode at all. It used to work fine, but after I modified the git path of a certain package in Swift Manager, it's been stuck in an endless loop of crashing. I've searched on Google, and it seems like no one else has encountered a similar issue recently. I apologize for having to resort to this method to express my dissatisfaction... But it's really terrible that it keeps crashing and I can't use it at all...

Not Responding after copy & paste (never seen before)

My computer is a brand new Mac Studio just bought for a week. I have encountered XCode not responding for 2-3 times. This had never happened before for 10 years maybe.I wasn't doing anything special when XCode hung. The last time I was simply doing a copy & paste. After I hit Ctrl-V, XCode not responding (the mouse cursor started spinning).

I don't know what happen to my upgrading process, it took over a day to finish while process. During upgrading, all I can see was the high cpu usage for installd , there were no error messages , no hints, no nothing to show me what was going on with upgrading , and it is not the first version which has this problem.

Xcode 26.2 includes Swift 6.2.3 and SDKs for iOS 26.2, iPadOS 26.2, tvOS 26.2, watchOS 26.2, visionOS 26.2, and macOS 26.2. This update adds support for Metal 4 GPU profiling in the Metal debugger, and provides bug fixes and improved stability.
