Government of Tanzania and Apple you must ban this platform, they a scammers stealing from civilians. They give you loan without application, cut what they call platform fee about 1/3 of what they gave, no call reply from customer care and full of poor service I DO NOT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

they will make phone calls and abuse you if you dont pay for just a day in there weekly so called installment scheme and they will threaten you with contract clauses of which they do not know of, they will charge you extra percentage fee for each day but if you pay all the cash before there monthly return they will still demand the extra percentage fee in a week little they do not know in their platform fee includes insuarance fees which they will get if you fail to pay at all if apple can see this plse ban this app in Tanzania they are taking advantage of ignorance of people, poor customer care, abusive language to customers, threats, unnecessary phone calls even if you have been attended to one customer care another customer care will phone you in an hourIn tanzania we have National ID's that can be traced by the government an app that traces and use your calender, keep your records a must thing and interest rate of more than 35 % return over a period of just two weeks this is not acceptable at all

"I had a terrible experience with FiniLoan I encountered several threat with the loan officers. They make unnecessary phone call a day before payment and push you to pay. For example from where I am working we not allowed to get in with our mobile phone. So I left it with the security officer. So when they call and found is not picked they are saying I have blocked them. I have loaned 10 times and repay that is enough to gain a trust with me and am open even to welcome them to see where am living and where I am working. It seemed like they were reading from a script and couldn't offer any personalized assistance. Additionally, I was extremely disappointed with the fault language.

The company has the worst of loan officers. They are highly unprofessional and the customer service officers don’t help when you report. They will call you unnecessarily a day before the loan is due. And harass you every minute of the due date. I am sure the managers see that clients are called several times in a day for no apparent reason. The best is never to get involved with these people. They will ruin your day. I remember calling customer service only to be told if you don’t want disturbance. Just pay, but how do I get forced to pay when the Loan isn’t due. It’s a disaster and disgrace of a company
