What a poor and stupid customer cares they have..They will threaten and abuse you before even the final day of the contract reaches…They even forget they are paid because of the interest that you pay..This app should be abandoned..Their interest rate is even not as how they say it is…It is ten times what they say..Please dont be trapped here.

I didn’t receive the loan
On the flexi app it says the loan was sent to my number and they wrote me to pay back after 7 days but on my number there’s no money received at all why and who I will contact to fix this while your contacts are no were to be found???

Bad & poor customer care
They call after every one hour and threaten a customer bad enough they write you txt that sounds very personal and i strongly don’t recommend this app
