Multi user without permission to stream on both users
charleslelo
I don't see the meaning of allowing to create different profiles (users) if the app doesn't support multiple device streaming using the same account. i think this should be allowed or you can put may be extra charges for multiple device streaming.
Too much Buffering during Big games
Jembe22
The only problem I have with this app is very uncertain and super low quality when there's a big game especially Simba or Yanga. Please fix this
Very poor app and complaints management
DC Gitaa
I have tried reading reviews on this app and I noticed that there are complaints of over 3years and still the problems persist. The worst streaming app I ever used, poor customer care. They take so long to reply to your query and even when they reply they do not offer a solution. The one star rating was for uploading it on app store.
Disappointing app
mwachenalo
I am very disappointed with this app every time when I want to watch a very important football match it says “something went wrong “ it is very annoying yet the app uses a lot of bandwidth when compared to other competors
