GePG Tanzania is the Ministry of Finance's app for the Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GePG). Look up, pay and verify government bills in one place, in English or Kiswahili.
PAY GOVERNMENT BILLS
• Find a bill by control number, mobile number or vehicle plate number
• Pay with a payment prompt sent straight to your phone, or see the other ways to pay
SERVICES
• LUKU – buy prepaid electricity tokens and view your recent tokens
• Water – get water bills using your account number
• Parking – check TARURA parking fees and outstanding penalties
• Local Government Authority – get LGA bills using your payer ID
• Land Rent – look up land rent by region and district
• Police – pay traffic fines and report lost documents or items
• My Car – check motor vehicle bills using a plate number or driver's licence
• Cargo – find cargo bills using your service provider and tracking number

• Confirm a payment using a control number, mobile number, GePG receipt, bank receipt or mobile operator receipt
RISITI NI PESA
• Scan or enter your TRA tax receipts for a chance to win prizes in regular draws
• See recent winners and read the rules in the app

Apple is not a sponsor of RISITI NI PESA and is not involved in it in any way.
• History is redesigned: recent numbers are grouped by day, can be filtered by type, and can be removed one at a time, with undo.
• History now keeps only numbers that found a bill or payment.
• Fixed Buy LUKU closing on some meter numbers.
• Fixed a correct OTP showing "Error verifying payment".
• If an OTP can't be sent, the app now says why instead of opening an empty OTP screen. OTP messages now appear in your language.
• Refreshed app icon.
