Satisfied to some extent
The app looks good and easy to use. And it has saved much time used for waiting in line to purchase a ticket.
But the app first of all has no option where u can actually send ur complaints concerning a problem that may arise when using the app.
Second, this is the reason I had to write this review on here cause I had no platform on the app that I could be able to contact the “customer services”. Whereas, for me as a customer using M-Pesa have incurred an issue where I can’t make payments with M-Pesa, as am told that the service is temporary offline while is more than 5 days since I saw this problem.
Developers, please help with this payment issue on the M-Pesa mode of payment.
