Training Module • Invite User per Department/Partner: Users can now invite individuals on a per-department or per-partner basis, facilitating targeted training invitations and ensuring relevant personnel receive necessary information. • Attendance Scanning: Attendees can now conveniently scan their attendance at training sessions, simplifying the process and providing accurate records of participation. Incident Module • Incident Details Editing: Incident Managers now have the capability to edit incident details as needed, allowing for timely updates and adjustments to ensure accurate reporting and management of incidents. Journey Management Module • Mail Notifications for Faulty Inspections and Trip Approval: The system now sends detailed email notifications for faulty inspections and trip approval requests, enhancing communication and ensuring timely action on critical journey management tasks. Look and Feel • Menu Placement: The menu has been relocated from the bottom to the side for desktop access, improving usability and navigation efficiency for users accessing the system via desktop devices.

Features and Improvements 1. Squads Error Description - Sorted - Resolved an issue where Squads Error Descriptions were not displaying correctly. The sorting functionality has been implemented to ensure a better user experience. 2. Mail Content on Safety Observation - Enhanced the mail content for safety observations, providing a clearer and more informative format. 3. Pulling Reports with Draft Status - Users can now pull reports with a Draft status, allowing for better visibility and management of report drafts. 4. Added Dashboard Module - Introduced a new Dashboard Module for improved data visualization and monitoring of key metrics. - This module will be accessible from the internet too but with limited access to HSW Team Only for now. 5. Vehicle Inspection Full Name on Email Notification - Included the full name of the vehicle in email notifications for vehicle inspection, providing more context and clarity. 6. New User Registration Flow - Implemented a streamlined and user-friendly flow for new user registrations, enhancing the onboarding experience. 7. Password Reset Link Expiration to 24hrs - Password reset links now expire after 24 hours, ensuring enhanced security and compliance with best practices. 8. New Login Form Look and Feel - Revamped the look and feel of the login form for a modern and intuitive user interface. 9. JMP and PTW Acronyms on the Module - Added acronyms for JMP (Journey Management Planning) and PTW (Permit to Work) on the respective modules for easier identification and understanding. 10. Error Fixes on Logs for Wrong Credentials and Route - Addressed issues related to error logs for Wrong Credentials and Route, ensuring accurate logging and better error handling. Bug Fixes - Resolved various bugs and issues to enhance the overall stability and performance of the Uzima system.
