Tracking NovaPay money transfer is missing?
I have received reply from developer regarding my review via email, but I cannot see and reply it in appstore. So probably I wasn't clear enough in my previous review. What I mean is missing in the app - it is an ability to track NovayPay money transfer: I can only see parcels tracking. I mean "sending money to someone via Nova Poshta" function, not paying for a package.

Good morning!
The appendix should show details of the amount to be paid. Write the number of the consignment note for which this information was not specified. We will check the details.
Double comission
So I tried to pay for my parcel and delivery service via credit card, but I forgot to change online payments limit. So I was charged for delivery and parcel comission. Cash on delivery wasn’t charged. Delivery payment got back to my credit card, but comission didn’t. And in the mobile app it wasn’t marked as “payed”. I had to pick up my parcel so I payed for all the things one more time. But comission got charged again. So in the end I payed comission twice.
Support is really AWFUL. They replied to me a WEEK after my message and they didn’t even try to figure out what was going on. They just copy pasted some standard answer. 🤬
So please fix this bug when during unsuccessful payment commission doesn’t get returned.
Edge case handling
I’ve created a request to leave my parcel in the nearest post box. However arrived last minute and the request has expired while I’ve been handling the parcel placement. Got in touch with the support and minutes after my document been restored. Help centre has provided prompt assistance and proven their proficiency. Thanks!

The created electronic waybill for loading the parcel to the post office will be valid for 6 hours, after which the electronic waybill will be automatically deleted.
