If at the moment of registration in the application your data was not in the "Oberig" system, the application does not store all the contact data you entered. Nonsense. Later, when your data is pulled from Oberig your phone number, email, address are missing. You can't change it in any way. What's the point of this app if it doesn't fulfil its main function of updating data. If I change my phone today, I cannot update this information through the app.

🔄Currently, there is no provision for re-updating personal data in the Reserve+ application. In the next updates, it will be possible to update personal data again. The mobile application does not support repeated updating of its data within the period specified by the state. The developers report that such functionality is not yet available. While there will be an update, it is doubtful that it will be released before July 16, 2024. Although the FAQ in the mobile application states that those liable for military service must update their data within 9 days after changing their address, this cannot be done abroad since the application does not support updating a mobile phone number to a foreign one. It is also important to note that the button to update the actual residential address does not appear on iOS by first using of the mobile application. The data like actually residential address is simply pulled from the registry and cannot be updated.

The Reserve+ is not for Ukrainians living abroad only. This application is for all Ukrainians with a "conscript" status (more than half of all Ukrainian citizens) who don't want to waste time in queues at recruitment centers.

(Data entered by a person has a high risk of being publicly accessible and in the hands of criminals. Any data from this application has no legal force that confirms this fact. The application is built on the basis of open source developments in which many inconsistencies were found, that is, it is not designed to collect the data it requests. The application does not have the functionality of a request to delete personal data from the database.) The application collects information, because it asks for e-mail, contact phone number and actual place of residence. And also military data. These data are not available in other registers.
