why when I paid for the refill of diamonds, they were not refilled?! where is the money then?

Here is the official instruction: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084The game will become unavailable in the App Store soon, so progress reset and other errors in the game may occur. We cannot fix bugs for reasons beyond our control. The only way to continue playing is to run it on an iOS 13 or older device.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
