Taime: Overtime Hours Tracker
Timesheet & pay for shift work
Free · In-App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Log your hours, breaks and extra pay yourself, keep an eye on your overtime balance and check your payslip against your own record. No ads, no account.
Taime is a work hours app for shift workers: you log your hours, breaks and extra pay yourself, see your overtime balance and check your payslip against your own record.
Stop working for free: in shift work, pay rarely disappears all at once. It's the ten-minute handover before your shift, the break that gets deducted even though you worked straight through, the extra pay for nights that never makes it onto your payslip. Count along yourself and you'll see the gaps.
KNOW YOUR OVERTIME
▸ Overtime balance: enter your contracted hours – per week or per month, with a carry-over if you like – and Taime shows whether you're ahead or behind
▸ Holiday and sick days can count as hours worked
▸ Statistics: hours, average per working day, absences and trend for this week, this month and last month – earlier periods, quarter and year with Premium
DON'T LOSE YOUR EXTRA PAY
▸ Tag night, Sunday, public holiday and covering for a colleague with one tap – plus your own types, like on-call duty
▸ Premium: earnings including extra pay, from your hourly rate and your own rates – a gross estimate to compare with your payslip
LOGGED IN SECONDS
▸ Snap your rota: Taime reads the times right on your device and plans your shifts – you confirm what really happened
▸ Shift timer: start, break and end with one tap – with Premium also on the Lock Screen, with Siri and Shortcuts
▸ Breaks are deducted to the minute by your own rules and can be changed on any day
▸ A reminder for days you haven't logged and a small widget, so no shift slips through – larger widgets with Premium
YOUR RECORD
▸ Monthly timesheet as PDF – with your name and, if you like, signature lines, to print, keep or check your payslip against
▸ Open, planned, confirmed: you always see which days you've checked – the PDF marks the ones not confirmed yet
▸ Premium: PDF without the Taime note and CSV export
▸ Premium: copy your shifts into a dedicated "Taime" calendar
YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
▸ No ads, no account, no Taime server, no tracking SDKs
▸ Your hours stay on your device – with automatic backups, and with Premium also in your iCloud Drive
Made for everyone who works shifts: care, retail, hospitality, logistics.
Taime is your personal record – not an employer time clock, not a team scheduling tool and not legal advice. Rules on overtime, breaks and extra pay depend on your contract and agreement.
Available in 10 languages: German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, French, Russian, and Ukrainian.
