Bikes are good, but business are not

They own a good bikes, but the app overall just trying to charge you more money that you need to take a ride. You have to top up balance before the each ride even thought it may cost way less, the rest wouldn’t be refunded as well. It less expensive to buy your own bike than to use this app consistently.

Thanks for your review. But if you use this app consistently, you will use the funds that your paid in advance, since this funds will be allocated on your personal wallet inside the app.

If you are foreigner and if the app is not working

The app only works in Ukrainian and English languages. If your device is in another language for example Spanish (like in my case) you have to go to iPhone settings and change the language of the app over there, otherwise the app will not be launched. Note that this is only for iOS devices. After long time I discovered this and I can finally use the bike rental services.

Review

I took a fully charged scooter, paid for it and scanned it, started to drive - but it doesn’t drive. Spent about 5 minutes trying to drive it and all in vain, it just wouldn’t turn on. Then, I decided to end the trip, I web into app and clicked the “Finish ride” button, the button just didn’t respond and the trip continued, I spent a few more minutes, and somehow miraculously, I was able to stop this horrible trip. The app works frankly terribly, the scooter simply did not go. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I would rate it -100 stars if I could, but I couldn’t.
