The greatest scooter scam ever

I installed your app and had to pass 3 steps to open ride + 30 uah min balance and request to top up for 150 minimum what’s a heck?? But! This wasn’t an end. I started my ride and had to change route because of blind zones on my way ,hence I wasted more time to take it out by foot (which included ride time I payed for as well ) . Sooo , you only allowed to travel within a narrow strip specified on app map and can’t move to another neighborhood with it, does it make any sense then??? Finally, I took a look at my screen and I payed about 55 uah for a 6 min, wasted ride , because the price was 7+4 uah , and I couldn’t get why I need to pay extra 4 hryvnas per each minute. When I wanted to park this sh I had to find a proper place and there wasn’t suitable one around so I took it by foot and money still being stripped till I reached a parking spot. I HOPE YOU ARE BANNED SOON FROM APP STORE & STREETS OF MY CITY

Expensive experience

Small area for using the scooter, uncomfortable scooters, expensive services when there are other cheaper competitors, inability to buy a subscription to save money on your use of the scooter, poor navigation in the app - the scooter does not accurately navigate in space, which can cause problems with the end of the trip. Frankly, the service is terrible.
The best thing about this company is the online support!
