I took a fully charged scooter, paid for it and scanned it, started to drive - but it doesn’t drive. Spent about 5 minutes trying to drive it and all in vain, it just wouldn’t turn on. Then, I decided to end the trip, I web into app and clicked the “Finish ride” button, the button just didn’t respond and the trip continued, I spent a few more minutes, and somehow miraculously, I was able to stop this horrible trip. The app works frankly terribly, the scooter simply did not go. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I would rate it -100 stars if I could, but I couldn’t.

The app only works in Ukrainian and English languages. If your device is in another language for example Spanish (like in my case) you have to go to iPhone settings and change the language of the app over there, otherwise the app will not be launched. Note that this is only for iOS devices. After long time I discovered this and I can finally use the bike rental services.

Biggest issue about BIKENOW service is their app. And especially so called service zone - the only place you can leave scooters and bikes. You cannot finish your ride outside this rare and very thin service zone, so if your bike or scooter is damaged or stopped working somehow you will have to carry them on your feet to the nearest (approximately 2km if you’re lucky) service zone. The most idiotic decision I’ve ever seen. The worst experience with rent bikes and scooters ever. Use Bolt instead. At least their support works nice and scooters can be left on a much bigger space.
