It was very nice that there was washing powder for the washing machine, it is very convenient for people who came for a day or two or three. And you don't need to buy powder. It's nice that there were some small details like tampons. This is a good service. I got to know the owners, they are Ukrainians and that's why everything is very high quality, very cool service, everything is great. We were with my 7-year-old daughter and we really liked it. One minute of a conversation with the support service costs 2 dollars! in total, I spent more than 30 dollars on conversations with booking service operators ... At the end of the story, after 5 hours of my waiting, they gave me an alternative alternative in which the conditions were the most terrible in this city without a kitchen and amenities, with furniture from the 70s ... and 6 kilometers from the place of settlement I planned. Operators ignored my requests to call back. After trying to solve this issue, I stayed on the street thanks to the support of the Booking website!
